Rent Agreement

This Rent Agreement is made on this 15th day of July, 2025, between Mr./Ms. [Owner’s Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”, residing at [Owner’s Address], and Mr./Ms. [Tenant’s Name], hereinafter referred to as the “Tenant”, residing at [Tenant’s Address].

That the Owner agrees to let out, and the Tenant agrees to take on rent, the property located at [Rental Property Full Address] for residential purposes.

The monthly rent shall be ₹ [Amount], payable in advance on or before the 5th of each month. The rental period shall be for 11 months starting from [Start Date] and ending on [End Date].

The Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and abide by all terms and conditions mentioned herein. Both parties agree to the terms stated above and shall sign below in agreement.
